My biggest issue was arriving ON TIME for my reservation but being told I had to wait 30 mins for a table. Which was ridiculous. Ok fine. My other guest were literally finding parking and walking up .. when a table came up we couldn't be seated because they weren't there yet, which I get but they were literally 1 min away. They gave our table away in the one min causing us to wait longer. Which wouldn't be a problem if you hadn't told us we had a 30 min wait with a reservation...read full review
Food is always consistent across locations I visit, very tasty! Service is okay, the job gets done, bare minimum, and gratuity is included automatically.
