I’m a busy mom of two, and last night my family and I stopped by “La Adelita” food truck for a quick bite. We ordered three tacos—grilled chicken, carnitas, and vegetarian—and each one was bursting with fresh flavors. The tortillas were warm and soft, and the homemade salsa added just the right kick. My kids devoured their chicken tacos in seconds, and my husband couldn’t stop raving about the perfectly seasoned carnitas. Best of all, we were in and out in under 10...
So good! They stopped by our office building via the lunchtime Fooda program and WOW best ever. Freshly made chips & guacamole, and and a delicious taco al pastor. I have never written about a Fooda vendor in the past, this is one to watch.
