I bought some gelatin and it had a cockroach and I came back to show them and they wish they didn't have cockroaches but that one is inside the gelatin. It was disgusting. Be careful because they sell cakes and gelatin with cockroaches.

I've purchaed cakes at this location on and off throughout the past decade and some other pastries at times.The cakes have wowed me at times, and sometimes have been a little less exciting. Nonetheless, they are never disappointing in flavor or appearance. Definitely worth buying cakes here. Now, as for the service, it's horrible! The cashier is practically lifeless, and seems like the only person there to help. No greeting, no smile, no assistance, and is defensive if you ask for something as simple as an extra bag so your bread doesn't get smashed. She must be related to someone because I don't see why she is still there providing bad customer service throughout the years. So place your order, get in and out fast.
