The 4th birthday cake was a delightful centerpiece, adorned with vibrant colors and playful decorations perfectly suited for a child’s celebration. The cake was moist and delicious, with layers of vanilla sponge and creamy frosting that delighted both children and adults alike. The attention to detail in the design, from the intricate fondant decorations to the personalized birthday message, added an extra touch of magic to the occasion. Overall, it was a wonderful addition to the birthday festivities, bringing joy and sweetness to everyone’s hearts. My daughter love it! ????

Wonderful bakery, friendly staff. They did a remarkable job on a birthday cake I'd ordered, which drew many compliments from my guests. Highly recommend!

Most of what I have tried here is DELICIOUS and extremely reasonable prices. I would not suggest the croissant, they have been stale last 3 times I have bought them. Their rosca de Reyes are AMAZING and so are their cakes!

The conchas are not fresh and are very pricy too. I mentioned it to the cashier while she was on a personal call and she didn’t care! I will not patronize them anytime soon!

Visited Chicago for a short sweet trip and wanted to take someone back for my Michigan family. I decided conchas !!!! For concha this is the place to go to! The bakery itself is huge and they also have a huge variety of different cookies and bakery items. They also have cakes, cookies, muffins. Servers were friendly she brought us fresh concha's to purchase. For about 8 bakery items I spent less than 20 dollars. Con: no seating / street parking Pro: endless treats to take to loved ones

Go out of my way to come here, love their pastries (guava and cheese is my favorite) Haven’t tried the cakes but they always look amazing in the display.

I paid $50+ for a tres leches cake using GrubHub. Received a call from the bakery stating they had none that day, to which I replied that I'd be in the next day. I called the next day to cancel the order and receive a refund. The associate informed me that she didn't speak English and couldn't help me. I never received my cake, refund, or any follow up. I'm sure the treats are nice; service could be better if they fix their online ordering system or ratio of English to non-English speaking employees.
