The drinks were good, your basic café fare. The food was the most disappointing, not very memorable but definitely will do the job if you're looking for a quick bite. I had a muffin and the cassanova crepe, along with the iced Matcha latte. Crepes are made in house, bakery goods are not.
The stars of this local café are the atmosphere, staff, and other patrons. It's a beautiful local spot with charming empolyees, and chill customers. Have a coffee or tea, bring your laptop, or current project you are working on... relax and be productive you will fwel welcomed and at ease. This is the place for it.

Passed by after work meeting for quick bite and gotta say, I was amazed.
Great art and environment, friendly staff and although I only bought a yogurt cup and croissant, the croissant was perfectly crispy/light and yogurt cup great flavors, add almonds they won’t be shy with it!
Will come back next time I’m in the area.

Hector is a very special & hard to find barista person! He treated me with kindness, happiness & with a sincere / lovely customer service! ¡Gracias! Today I am enjoying a black coffee with pan de muerto. Stop by this Day of the Death season at Malinche Coffee Place, you will have a delish time there for sure! I will definitely come back!

Fantastic food, fresh fruit and the coffee is out of this world. If I could give them more stars I would, a great Chicago find.

The owner couldn’t be bothered to take our order. Continued to text on his phone and chat with the other employer. If customers aren’t what matter to you then go home.

My daughter and I were craving some matcha and saw they had an horchata latte and asked if they could do a horchata matcha instead of the menu item and it was honestly very tasty and refreshing!!! We had this specialty drink on our trip to Mexico this past summer and were craving it. So glad we bumped into this coffee shop, super cute and will be going back to this hidden gem.
Tried Cafe Ollo and it was a spicy refreshing drink. Loved it
