Such a wonderful sandwich shop!! I got the Chancleta sandwich and it was by far one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly and inviting. I wish I lived locally so I could make this place a regular stop. I’ll be visiting each time I come to Chicago.
Absolutely loved my experience here! Such friendly staff who take time to connect with you. They even give a free shot of Coquito to first time customers, which was DELICIOUS. The quesitos were amazing and sandwiches were so satisfying. I wish I lived in Chicago so I could come back more often! !
I had the privilege of trying one of these sandwiches, SPECIFICALLY La Chancleta with pastrami. It was gifted upon me. A sandwich connoisseur. A thoughtful gift from my thoughtful sister who lives in the area. Never in my life have I had a sandwich that could be used as bribery to commit crimes.
