Solid spot that I've been to on and off for years. Usually playing some fun goth tunes or new-wave. Crowd is also super eclectic, and it's amazing to get lost in. The whole place also really gets into the music. And the drinks are cheap. Cover isn't bad at $10 either. Only thing I really don't care for is the bathroom set-up is pretty wonky. It's a push door to get in with no lock. And the only stall is right beside the door and doesn't have a door on it. So basically people just walk in on you every second cause in reality there is no way to tell someone is inside til you go in. And almost walk into them mid-stream. I've even had some weirdos try and hangout inside to wait for me. And it's just hella awkward like yes just stare at me in the stall take it in. Gotta put a lock on that entrance or something guys. Otherwise top-notch work

This is a real bar. Superb cocktails with an excellent selection on the top shelves. Superior service too. I go for the beverages and the music. I stay because of the people. The staff makes all the difference. 11/10 would go there now if I could.

The best late time the late timers can lately be. Cool ice pictures and no face man. I feel like both, my friends showing up late despite trying to have everyone there on time/early. It's a late night and I wish I could finally have the swamp water swallow me whole. The swamp that comes from my backyard pool. Forgive me cool, cool ice. Downtown Rochester, MI is where we wanted to be on time woth lights like this bar's. I weep swamp water tears.

I love this place the atmosphere and the vibes are Immaculate! Great for dancing and getting your feet going! Apart from the bouncer guy with long hair who totally hates his life and maybe he just miserable and I feel for him but it’s not right for him to take it out on regulars and or people looking to have fun in this amazing bar. Please check on the bouncer with long hair he’s a totally nice man but he’s very disrespectful, Late bar attracts high energy vibers and ravers and dancers, there’s no point in kicking us out just because we have better dance moves than you dude.

I came here this evening, on my birthday. The bartender, she was out of it. From the time I arrived, she never connected with me, visually or otherwise. About 45 minutes later, I asked for a vodka tonic, she gave me water. She was visibly inebriated. Ya know, this bar is normally a home away from home for me. I'll wait for my friend Leo.

Terrible place and terrible service. My husband and I paid to get in. We were waiting at the bar for 20 minutes and they never attended us. The staff is very rude. When someone finally came to us, we told him what happened but he got angry and kicked us out of the place.

I wanted enjoy this place, the music is what it is, you know what what you are walking into. Honestly the biggest issue is with the staff, bartenders move slow and seem uninterested in helping, while the other one was just there to hang and not taking orders. I could get past all that but there was another staff member who was just bussing, I tried to close out, they said they are not a bartender, I got that but I was trying to get the bartenders attention, and they started screaming I’m not a bartender and assaulted me, by grabbing my wrist and slamming it down on the table, then security came And I explained the situation they seemed reasonable and understood but also didn’t know what to say on account of the staff member. I don’t know any place that would allow there staff to touch customers, there is a huge difference between jesters and assault, I would say be careful when going in, they allow there employees who are not security to lay there hands on anyone freely. Also the drinks use very little alcohol it seems. And people get will flash you in the bathroom not the bars fault but something to be aware of.
