We ordered the vanilla custard fruitcake, we were very disappointed 😞 . Once we cut the cake it was layered with butter cream and a very thin layer of vanilla custard,we have ordered this cake befor and its was not the same. I could have order a butter cream cake for a cheaper price some where else.

About a Cake they answer the phone you can tell someone pick up and then hang up I called again they answer and then click me to a waiting music fr 7 to 8mn never pick up the phone so I hang up. WHATS worst I’m a new costumer trying too see if someone will help me…. But that’s not good of Business 👎🏿

This is a fabulous neighborhood (Jewish) bakery. The only place to get marzipan cake since Swedish Bakery is gone. Fantastic cakes, cookies, bagels, and decent prices.

Oh my God, I just found heaven, and I feel like I’m going to die! You must come here because their cakes are amazing! The bakers used to work at the Swedish bakery and when they closed, they open their own place! You can get anything they made there, including Swedish flops in marzipan cakes. I am totally in love and this is my new bakery, and I’m so happy to have found them. They are a little far north on west Devon but I promise you they are worth the drive! More reasonably priced than the Swedish bakery was as well! You will thank me I promise!

Hi, I want a cake from them and I came to 6:05 may be, I said I want to buy one she is straightly telling “No, it’s closed “ very bad.
I drove down from Milwaukee to buy a Princess Cake (ordered ahead of time). Can't seem to find them here. Anyway, the cake was outstanding and better priced than others. Light and delicious, with a true marzipan layer. To top it off the cake was decorated beautifully. We will be back. Thank you!!

It appears as they begin to do more business, they raised the prices and reduced the size of the cake pieces. We had cake pieces. They also add so much of the cream that makes it look like they providing a great portion but instead great portion of health Hazzard while increasing their profits. I do not appreciate fake people. Please be true to your customers. Provide a good product with value. People are not stupid.

THE BEST BAKERY IN CHICAGO hands down!! I LOVE the mixed fruit cake, which I also like to special order with only strawberries. Even their bagels are fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this bakery! Try the lemon roll!
