Their food is very expensive for very small portions, it is not worth the high price
gave myself 2 days so I don't have to write an angry review. This was my first and last time here. I went here for a birthday dinner it was about 8 of us there. We waited about 2 hours just so we can get some appetizer and another 25 mins just so they can take our order. Our waiter was ********* (the owner relative). I seen 2 families who were taken care of and these families came around the same time we did 635pm. The group I was with kept saying how our waiter was suppose to come back and I am not the patient one but since this is a fancy place I kept my cool. So I finally asked someone what's going on with our waiter finally comes. And finally get his attention and I did tell him I did not like how he did not show no interest in our table while he was catering to these other tables ( yes Caucasian people I said it). I told him what you don't serve us Latinos ******** gave me the whole run around then later felt bad and offered us free shots. We waited for these free shots and we just got up and left and told ********* I loved the service and he said the bar tender forgot the shots. If I wanted s***** service I could of gone to *** and pay for overprice food and s***** service. Another thing they either did not change their prices or Thier over charged me I order pasta with shrimp and shrimp was 11 bucks for 4 jumbo size shrimp but when I looked at the bill it was 13 for the shrimp. You sir should be ashamed for forgetting where you come from and respect everyone who comes in your brother restaurant.
My problem was I watched what I thought was the manager/ supervisor treat the only white woman I seen completely different than all of the African American workers! My opinion is that he was trying to belittle her in front of guests.
Terrible company to work for. Fired as a warehouse manager in Hamilton at Tim Hortons Field. All because the HR manager’s husband didn’t have a job. Other managers wouldn’t own up to their mistakes, instead they would blame it on me, or my crew. Levy doesn’t care about their workers. There was a lot of mental abuse to one of my guys with a mental disorder. Loved my job, but not at the cost of the crap they pit us through.
They could train their workers to actually care about service. And, they could make food that actually tastes good. It would be great if they could also include more healthy items. I wanted to provide this feedback to the site listed on my receipt, but that site is down. I guess Levy doesn't really want feedback.
Amazing company to work for and patronize.
Tried a pizza here- found it to be okay, nothing great to write about; the service was fine; location quite good.
Levy Foods at Tim Horton's Field in Hamilton Ontario leaves a lot to be desired. The standards are terrible. The service terrible. Too bad they would not treat us Canadians as good as U.S. fans. I am a long time season ticket holder and stopped buying food (except popcorn) after second game. Even popcorn is often stale. Prices are way out of line. So we eat before we go. At yesterdays game, for the first time there was a candy apple and candy floss vender who said he just got a call to set up there. FOR ONE GAME?????? Felt sorry for them. I hope, for the following seasons, the standards are greatly upgraded. Thank you for letting me rant.
I'm at Dreamhack right now in Austin, TX. Waited forty five minutes for rice that never came out of the kitchen and the pretzel stand left a guy in his first day without buns. Get your act together. How the hell can you open concessions in a venue and A) not supply your stands with 1/3 of the ingredients required to sell food and, B) not setup tables for people to eat at, effectively making all food walking food, even though the crew has a banquet style room to eat in complete with tables. Your priorities are wrong. Fix this! The event had only been open for three hours!
Great prices,Great pizza

Wait o dont even think it gets a 1 star we are at ford field for supercross and the event starts at 730 at 7pm the whole stadium is completely sold out of beer nothimg to find anywhere and by 8 the only food to find was peanuts. FROM KEY ARENA SEATTLE WA: i don't know who reads this, and i'm sure you are very nice, but what a wretched experience i had. purchased 3 sodas. the older asian lady running the register was taking all the caps off. looking around it appeared to be some sort of policy. she was using a rag, because she was having difficulty. looked like maybe her hands were weak and not up to the task. this wasn't the worst part. she was asking customers to help her with the task. she might as well have said 'please, help me annoy you'. i really would have rather kept my caps on - and i told her so. spill prevention etc. she was rather snippy that i didn't want to aid in the task of removing the caps. I asked if she was unhappy, and she said she was. I told her i was unhappy as well. finally, i asked for an itemized receipt, and she would not provide it to me. i don't even know if that is legal. doesn't seem like it would be. i imagine the cap removal policy is to allow you to charge restaurant tax?, and possibly ease the clean up after events. whatever the reason, it's ridiculousness in practice. and people attending events already pay a number of facility related fees that should cover clean up. please refund my card since you failed provide me proper receipt, and provided ridiculously poor service.
The wind at Oak and Michigan can knock you over...be careful!
