I walked in to order a pepperoni pizza and I believe the only reason that I got my pizza right away is because it had been sitting there for who knows how long. It was nearly burnt and the pepperoni was very dark and crisp. It had hardly any cheese. Too bad I didn't open the box before I left, I would have refused it and asked for my money back. Will not be going there again.

I don't know how they don't realize that they need to find a way to give better service at this location. The place was completely full of people waiting for their pizzas to be ready. I spoke to a few of them and they had been waiting for over 45 minutes. All the cashier kept saying to everyone (including me) was is still in progress, after about 20 minutes of waiting I noticed some pizzas that had been sitting on the counter in the back for a while. We'll it turns out they were my pizzas. I told the guy to check all those pizzas that were there for too long, and they were a bunch of that people were waiting for and were told they were still in progress.

I placed an order over an hour ago and I’m currently inside trying to get an update and all they tell me is that it is almost done. Been here 40 minutes waiting because my pick up time said it would be ready in 15 min max. It is 2 pepperoni pizzas, i don’t understand why it is so complicated to follow thru with an order. I suggest customers go elsewhere and avoid the ridiculous wait time.

Associate mentioned they are not selling sausage pizza for lobby clients only for online orders. I wanted to pay with $50 bill when my total was $30 and they refused the bill. That they don’t accepted anything higher than $20 bills

the girl working tonight was absolutely hating her job and it showed, I asked for her name and she refused! We placed a mobile pick up order at 6:33pm didn’t receive our food until 8:20pm even though walk in orders were getting their food first. The wait wasn’t the worse part it was the rude customer service not even an apology or anything asked several times to cancel the order after the 75 minute wait and the girl said we can’t since they are already cooking the food. Make it make sense Little Caesars 🤦🏻♀️
We ordered online an hour ago and literally I am still waiting in the parking lot for two pizzas. This is absolutely ridiculous. You guys need to do better because there is no reason why I should be waiting a whole hour and I ordered my pizza at 8:20 PM and now it is 9:20 PM for two little Caesars pizzas, local pizzeria would not take this long just for pizza. This is unacceptable.

I placed my order and they took almost 2 hours to give me my food they gave me the order all wrong I order the crazy cheese crust cheese pizza and they have a fráguale cheese pizza which’s was all burn and the deep dish veggie pizza they gave it to me with pepperoni and sausage, and let’s not talk about the service I got over charge waited a long time and the girl at the cashier was not helpful and had a bad attitude don’t go here unless you want to get rip off and get the wrong order my rating 0 out of 0 for this place
