They are very rude, they never have orders done on time when emails say food is ready for pick up. They give you the wrong food. Today ordered a pepperoni pizza they gave us a sausage one with a sticker that stated pepperoni, order crazy bread an gave us 2 pieces of bread with cheese inside. Had to return to location. This is ridiculous. Have always had issues coming to this locations, employees are always goofing around instead of working. They make people wait forever, longest I’ve waited is almost 30-35min after I was told it was ready.

Now how can you honestly mess up a simple order.... ?♀️All I asked was for extra mushroom and Jalepeño toppings...Once it was delivered, I realized they put pineapple toppings intead of what I asked.There wasnt an option to put that there was a problem with the order either.

This entire place is run by 4 college/high school age male teenagers. The service was incredibly bad. The cashier had no respect and looked like he didn't care which is fine but show a sign of respect at least. The pizza came out looking fine. However, the problem was that the pizza was incredibly thin for some reason, and barely any cheese. (It was not thin crust) When a pizza is so thin and so little cheese, you're basically eating a cold/sat out pizza.

This place was a hole in the wall! 25 to 30 people were smashed in there to pick up their orders, delivery drivers were waiting forever for orders, and once my order came out it was not even sealed and my two orders of the pepperoni little pizza puffs fell out and my pizza was cold! It took forever to wait in here and I think that this store needs new management and a better system!Vegetarian options: Be prepared to wait here! Be prepared if you are claustrophobic do not stand in the small space waiting for your order to avoid a panic attack, clearly something needs to be done at this Little Caesars location for things to run smoother! I love giving honor her honor is due and this was ridiculous how long I waited the other evening only to have my food fallout in my bag and I had to dispose of it!Dietary restrictions: Of course you can choose things on the menu for dietary restrictions whether it be dabbing the grease off since this Little Caesars seems to have a lot more grease on their pizza and products than other Little Caesars pizza places that I have encountered! If you need to watch your sugar of course you can eat a cheese pizza and get a diet pop, if you are watching calories you can eat a small meal and it could be filled with lots of protein and calcium, vegetarians can choose items on the menu that do not contain meat!Parking: There are not many parking spots at this location and I was blessed to find one about three stores down!Kid-friendliness: I do not think this place would be considered a kid-friendly Little Caesars Pizza location! I would be careful and wear a mask in here with how packed it gets in the small space germs could go anywhere with people tightly packed together in a space that normally would have five people waiting and there were at least 30 people smashed into the small area!Wheelchair accessibility: Sure I believe they have wheelchair accessibility however if the place is crowded someone in a wheelchair would not be able to get around the crowd and that would not make this a highly recommended wheelchair accessible Little Caesars location in my opinion and statistically I believe that you would understand if you see the small area where I waited 35 to 40 minutes for two orders of the four pizza puffs and a pizza that was call and they were greasy and not even packaged right and fell out all over in my bag and I could not even enjoy them!

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience at Little Caesars. The staff were doing their best with great customer service despite being short-staffed. However, the long wait times and overwhelmed employees indicate that they severely need extra help. After waiting 45 minutes for my order, I had to give them a 3-star rating. Hopefully, management will take notice and make necessary improvements.

They should remove this "hot and ready" sign. .there's like 15 people waiting for their order for like 15 minutes...people in the back conversating instead of hurrying up. I ordered ahead on the portal app. At 3:35... estimated time 4:06...just to get it at 4:30?♂️ worse service ever. Plus 1 pizza looked burned, like it was over tanned.Parking: Not enough parking

Went to this Little Caesars yesterday for an order I had placed and I got the notification saying that it’s ready. I went inside and it was not ready. Waited another 20 minutes and it was finally ready. I ordered a sausage pizza and a 4 pack of pepperoni pizza puffs. I get home and noticed that the pizza was not cut properly and was not cooked well and was very dry. I took a bite out of my pepperoni pizza puffs and it turns out it was CHEESE only. It was just bread I was biting into and NO cheese whatsoever for these puffs. The workers here all look very miserable like they’re being forced to work and don’t want to be there. Will never go to this location ever again.

They always take HOURS to make 2-3 pizzas for you. I had ordered 3 pizzas and it took 3 hours for it to get delivered! I get this place is usually busy, but it does not take 3 hours for 3 pizzas from a fast food chain.
