I asked for an Extra Pep pizza with a regular Italian and apparently buddy gave me the wrong Italian item that I DID NOT ASK FOR. If he didn’t know what I asked for, why didn’t he bother to ask me again what i ordered??? So now I had to pay a second time and wait an extra 10 mins just for my pizza to be done. And having to take extra food that what I came to ask for. Buddy needs to work WITHOUT HIS AIRPODS ON AND NOT GET HIGH BEFORE WORK. I KNOW HE WAS HIGH.

The app is piece of trash, order my food ahead thru the app so I don't have to wait in line and continue on with my errands. The app and email both told me pick up time at 5:14 at the latest, I go in there food not ready. I return to my vehicle and continue to wait. I didn't get my food till 6:30. I don't blame the workers, they had everyone working on the big order of like 30 pizzas some idiot customer ordered. Shout out to the hard working people.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience at Little Caesars. The staff were doing their best with great customer service despite being short-staffed. However, the long wait times and overwhelmed employees indicate that they severely need extra help. After waiting 45 minutes for my order, I had to give them a 3-star rating. Hopefully, management will take notice and make necessary improvements.
