I picked up a pizza tonight purely for convenience, as I hadn't eaten in nine hours, and my blood sugar was tanking, big mistake. The pizza was super thin and dry. Biting into was like biting into a piece of jerky, and the crust was so hard that I could not even bite it...heck, I couldn't even break a piece off with my hands, it was like a rock.
Also, I thought those hot and ready pizzas were like $5/$6....this was $14, it wasn't worth #2.
Bad as hell seriously bad

I got a sausage pizza and after taking the first bite, immediately became aware that they gave me an old pizza. The crust was as hard as a rock. I could quite literally knock on the back of the pizza. Don’t waste your money going here better off going to Domino’s or a different little Caesars.

Ordered Detroit Style, half pepperoni, half mushroom. They delivered bacon on all of it. Called the help line and was told I would only receive a 25% refund and we have two pizzas no one will eat because...bacon.

Staff is always on their phone while cooking. They ignore customers and then get confrontational when told. Too many workers and nothing gets done. They don’t answer the phone and play loud Spanish music.
Single handily the worst little caesers in the city if you ask me the staff doesn’t even walk up to the register they all hide behind the ovens. Why does it take +25min to make a pepperoni pizza

Quality food
Second time I’ve ordered from here and it’s the second time my 2 liter of pop is missing. Why bother offering it?

Placed an order online, they canceled after making me wait over an hour. No notice, no sorry. Nada.
