Terrible customer service, the person who presented themselves as a manager on 1/25 at 5:38pm is beyond rude. They don't use the pizza portal so don't even bother attempting too. Instead of owning their mistakes and failures to meet the estimated times by more then 10 minutes they wouldn't even grant a refund instead will tell you to just reach out to customer service.
