I used to order here all the time when I lived in that neighborhood I live in Indiana and anytime I have a craving for good Chinese food this is where I go the customer service is amazing both the man and woman that work there are friendly and know me and my order and treat me as a customer would want to be treated
I like there food its good but today I tried to order some food and the lady hung up in my face and said they was busy sorry .So I called back and gave her my address she said they don't deliver at my address I live about 7 blocks to be exact I always order from here and I've never had a problem with food being delivered to me ....so I tried to order again and she insisted that they were busy ....I'm trying to figure out why me placing a order is a problem

Food is good but the definitely need training in customer service especially with people of color. I say this because I had a question she was rather short with me, however, another customer came I (not of color) and she was friendly. For that not worth it
