Ordered on a 3rd party app, waited an hour for my delivery so I called… I had to call 5 times before the smart ass behind the counter answered just for her to be rude. Told me their kitchen never received it so had to call customer service and she told them it was too late to take my order

It has happened to me twice where my order was not done correctly. The first time we were told 1 hour for our pick up and when I got there my pizza was cold due to sitting there for a long time. The second time I called and when ordering I told them that I got a coupon to use and was told to bring it in and my price will be adjusted when I got there the clerk said that she couldn’t do anything because it was to be added when I called to put in the order. I mentioned that I did tell them but still her response was that it is a phone company getting the order and that there is nothing she can do. So why give coupons if they are not going to honor them.

The staff is one of the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever come a crossed. Ordered a pizza the day before when I got home realized it was the wrong pizza called back. Someone answered and said they were closed. Couldn’t do nothing for me. Call back again. Ask for the manager and they got weird. They passed me down to a girl who seemed like she had a second grade education and try to get snotty and passive I told her about her attitude and she said she did not care what I thought of what I was alluding to. I told her I have a massive following on Instagram that it’ll be in her best interest to be attentive to this issue considering I paid for something I didn’t receive and was cordial and professional to begin with. I told him I had the pizza they gave me for all I was asking for was for them to remake the pizza not no refund not nothing more or nothing less and they kept giving me excuses to why they couldn’t do nothing for me. Do not recommend this place, even if they gave away the pizza…..

The food is awesome but they need to upgrade their page. They offer curbside pick up in the page but , they deny to do it when you call. Nothing too serious but either they don't do that or they don't want to do it.

Found this spot on Uber Eats and I was surprised to have came across it and it being very good! Both wings and pizza are great! I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for take out pizza in the north side. 🍕

If I could give zero stars.. I WOULD. The communication between the staff is horrible and deceiving. They have a coupon that includes 14’’ pizza, fries, hot wings and one liter soda. Not to mention how they confirmed everything along with what came with the order plus the coupon over the phone.
