Wonderful restaurant. Sorry I didn’t get to say “Hello” to Chef Bolaños. He was talking to some friends. We were dining there on Sunday. A wonderful guitarist playing. Perfect music for dining. Great tapas! Love, love, loved the Pulpo a la Planxta, the Patatas Barillos and the Melon con Jamon Serrano. The Mariscos Paella was good, but I missed the crispy bottom rice. Nice little place.
