We've been here 4-5 times over the past year and the first few times were AWESOME.... But you can feel it starting to go downhill. We just went in on Wednesday around 8:30 (posted closing time was 10). To preface: I DONT BLAME THE SERVICE STAFF FOR ANY OF THIS and I understand them being overwhelmed; I work service myself. Big fan of this restaurant, have been coming for years and highly recommend. It’s the most authentic Spanish food you will find in Chicago and everything always tastes incredible. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they stopped doing BYOB this year which is unfortunate because they do not have a big wine selection and I am not a fan of the options they have. Hope they reconsider bringing BYOB back.

The flavors were spot on. We had patatas bravas, patatas aioli, octopus, caprese salad, and our favorite were the albóndigas (incredibly flavorful). Service went above and beyond, friendly, and moving swiftly.
Need to check deserts next time.
