Loba Pastry + Coffee Reviews
I’ve been loving Loba’s pineapple sourdough muffins. They are beyond delicious! I’m not vegan, but these vegan pastries are life changing! I also am a big fan of their cold brew.
This Christmas, I decided to try their take-n-bake kouign-amann; and OMG my family and I were IN LOVE with the Ham & Gruyere kouign-amann! I will need to reorder this again next year!! 100% recommend!
Thank you so much for the delicious [GLUTEN FREE!!!] pastries and lattes this morning! It was definitely the pick me up that we needed! 😀

Loba Pastry + Coffee is a cozy and comfortable restaurant that offers a lovely selection of pastries and seasonal beverages. The delightful smells of coffee and freshly baked goods fill the air, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are kind and responsive, enhancing the overall positive experience.
The pastries receive high praise for their quality and delicious flavors. A standout is the sesame emie, known for its crunchy exterior and well-flavored interior. The fennel twist is also a favorite, providing a sweetness that is not overwhelming. The black mole croissant, especially popular on Sundays, is unique and tasty, while the elote pastry is savory and flavorful, receiving top marks. The blueberry sourdough cupcake is tart and unique, and there are many vegan and gluten-free options available.
In addition to the pastries, the coffee is excellent, with options like the seasonal moonflower latte featuring a floral house special syrup and a Kyoto cold brew tower. Customers enjoy watching the pastry chefs’ stations while waiting. The restaurant serves as a great place to chat with friends, go on a first date, or simply enjoy some time alone.
Seating is limited, accommodating about 7 to 10 people, so many choose to take their food to go. Lines can form quickly, especially during busy times, but service remains quick and friendly. The restaurant’s Mexican influence and the pride of the owner, Valeria, and her team make it a welcoming place that encourages customers to return.
