If you want to see the view from the roof, just go to the 22nd floor... maybe get a drink. Otherwise, the food at the restaurant is less than average. Not much selection, no speciality coffee and their coffee is diner quality. Breakfast was eggs with cold toast and lukewarm bacon. No fresh squeezed juices. You could get the same food at Denny's. Was my second time here a few days ago. Didn’t eat this time, just drinks on the rooftop with my friend. The view is marvelous and the drinks were tasty. It’s also decorated for the holidays right now so that’s cool as well.
