We came for afternoon tea and the food and service were great. Unfortunately due to a nearby table watching football on the big TV it was a bit noisy but that was not under the staff’s control. There was more than enough food and we ended up having to bring some home. I would love to come back!
The place - I didn't pay as close attention the the word lobby, but the fact that people are checking in and out of the Londonhouse while you're having your tea, takes away from the vibe, at least a little. It was a cold and rainy day so was excited to warm up, but no one was at the front podium for 5 minutes when I arrived.
