Apparently they can't make an order right. We waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes. Our order was an 8 piece family meal, extra hushpuppies, 2 orders of fries from the ljs side and a 4 piece cinnibon from the taco bell side. They had us wait over 10 minutes and when we got the order, they gave us 1 extra hushpuppy, a coleslaw instead of our 2nd fries, and shorted us the cinnibon. We got the fries back but didn't realise about the cinnibon until on the way home as we were in a rush... Hence drive-thru. Messing one thing up I could've understood... But this is ridiculous. Not going back. It looked like they were understaffed too.

Don't go to this location. If you can go to the Skokie location on Touhy. This location on Fullerton is just awful. They always get the orders wrong. Last 3 times I've been there. They shorted me on Fish, Chicken. Only a handful of fries. I asked for extra Hushpupies instead of Coleslaw. Each time. I get Cole Slaw not extra Hushpupies as I requested with my orders. Spoke to managers at this Fullerton location. Response I get each time. Sorry sir. Won't happen again. It keeps happening over and over again. They can get the orders right and corrected. I'm never coming back to this location. To make matters worse they are so slow with taking your orders. You have to wait to be helped. Takes forever to get your order. They need to get it together here. Better and faster service. Need to get the orders right. I don't recommend going to this location.

LJS is a guilty pleasure of mine. This location is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
I think it's the only one left on the north side of Chicago. I used to go to the Lincolnwood location and they closed. I love the fish and the chicken. Every time the family has a get together we always go here.

I love Long John Silver's but this place isn't that great. They don't have the full size menu as the other places has. They gave me old fries and overcooked fish as it was very hard. Shrimp was okay. Hushpuppies were good. Tables and floors were very sticky.

No complaints here. The food was delicious and plentiful. I couldn't have asked for more. I'm a big fan of their battered chicken and fish. You definitely have to try it. Good prices too.
