We made reservations for today instead of next Thursday. The online system says you have to call to modify or change reservations. When you call, nobody answers. I called for an hour and no one responded. I left 3 voicemails and I’m assuming no one will call me back. They charge people if you don’t show up or cancel reservations within 24 hours, but they don’t pick up the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous and I don’t want to get charged $20 when I wanted to come in next week. I will definitely not come in next week if I get charged, that is awful service.

I took my daughter for her birthday on yesterday & the food was good , the atmosphere was cool& the chairs were uncomfortable ! Customer service was great , but it’s a bit pricy ! Parking sucks cuz there’s nowhere to park ! Other than that my daughter enjoyed herself

Their happy hour is predatory and deceitful. Everything is half price so naturally you would buy more stuff and they never tell you there is a 20% gratuity until they are passing you the check. My food came out late. I had to get it boxed by the time I got it and I had to keep asking for water, there is no way 20% gratuity was earned. The only notice of 20% is in very small print on the menu at the end of a paragraph talking about the 3.9% surcharge. It’s rare that while hungry the average customer would notice the small writing and I believe they bank on that. The guys were really sweet but the service was slow and many mistakes were made with my food and items on my check. I prob would not return. I hate sneaky deceitful businesses and this is one!

Had a great time here during a Saturday night out. Went for their Drag Dinner. The performers were decent. But the food and decor made up for that. I would love to come back when they have a different event. The staff was exceptional.
