We visited for dinner (with a reservation) in December on a Friday evening --- it was very busy, but manageable and the crowd didn't deter our experience at all. The restaurant is decorated for the holidays to the max --- it's incredible and a must see! Pizza was delicious and very filling. Specialty holiday cocktails were perfection. Service was a little slow, but we weren't in a hurry and I think he picked up on that. Can't wait to go back!

We had the first reservation when they opened, but after 40 minutes of waiting, our server still hadn't taken our food order. The table next to us, which had arrived at the same time, had already placed their order and received their food by that time. It took about 30 minutes for one person in our party to receive her drink. The hot chocolate had an odd flavor. We ended up leaving without ordering any food because the service was so slow.

My daughter chose Lost Never Found to celebrate her 15th birthday and I must admit it was an excellent choice. The food was amazing. We ordered two build your own pizzas, wings and meatballs. The food came out fast, hot and delicious, the vibes were great and the service exceptional. The next time we're in Chicago we will be definitely stopping by. I forgot to mention the cookie skillet, pure decadence.
