Was so excited to bring my son here for his 13th birthday because I’ve told him about the restaurant and the food. Made reservations and made a note that we’re celebrating a birthday. The ladies on their cell phones at the front desk immediately seated us outside in an hot covered patio area, and the server Elliot said about 5 words to us the entire time. Very disappointing service, the pizza was great though. Will not be back, not sure why it lets you mention what is celebrated when making reservations when nothing is done to actually celebrate the event.

Came here to dine in and was not allowed to dine inside due to someone in our party having a service dog. Went to Giordano's and they offered us a water bowl for the service dog! Overall I wouldn't support this balant disregard for ADA compliance. Here is some text from the city of Chicago website over service animals. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses and organizations that serve the public must allow people with disabilities to bring their service animals into all areas of the facility where customers are normally allowed to go. This law applies to all businesses open to the public, including restaurants, hotels, taxis and shuttles, grocery and department stores, hospitals and medical offices, theaters and health clubs.

We had a great experience at this location. The food was perfect and came out quick. The service from Hugo was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hostess was friendly and the restaurant was clean (including bathrooms).

Parking lot available, able to accommodate a party of 10 comfortably. Did pre order and was the best thing! Pizza and salads were delicious and a great treat for our out of town guests. Food balanced out the slow service, but willing to return to this restaurant again.
There's an elevator and stairs to go upstairs. The staff was great and the food was delicious.

What a disappointment. Deep dish sausage was a mess. They didn’t cut it and it was soaked like they poured water on top of it. Thin crust was a step below a Celeste frozen pizza. I’ve never not eaten a pizza I bought. This went straight in the garbage. Just gross.

We had a great experience at Lou Malnati's, as always! Angel was our server, we’ve had him before, and he's always incredibly helpful and attentive. We ordered the thin crust pizza—half pepperoni, half tomato—and some wings. Everything was delicious, and Angel made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
