I made reservations for four people at this restaurant weeks in advance. When we arrived on 5/25/24 we were told to sit in the lobby and wait for our name to be called. Although we had a set reservation time, we were not called to our table. I had to go to the hostess desk and ask if we were going to be seated any time soon. The manager from this place is extremely rude he tried to fight a customer and his employees.Extremely aggressive person to work in this great place.

Alhambra Palace Chicago offers delicious food, good food, and a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The venue is beautiful, with very beautiful decoration and artistic meaning. The atmosphere is incredible, with fantastic music and a great mix of genres that brings you into another world. The show features belly dancers, and the animator was spectacular, inviting guests to dance. The staff is kind, responsive, and provides great service. Servers Huda and Amine were great, polite, attentive, and friendly. The staff immediately assisted with creating special moments, including help with music and organizing celebrations. They also give free desserts for special reasons. The experience is very inclusive and positive.
