The people were great, the pizza, not so much. I ordered the personal size deep dish margarita pesto. The pizza didn’t have any flavor. I ate a few bites and realized there wasn’t any pizza sauce on it, the tomatoes and pesto were the most flavorful parts and that’s even a stretch. I had high hopes due to the way people were talking it up. Highly recommend saving your money and calories.

I dont know what went wrong with this one but the sauce was very watery and the tomatoes were very undercooked. The tomatoes almost had the texture of diced tomatoes straight out of the can. Puddles of water, zoom in you can see.

We got there an hour or less before they closed. It was fairly quiet. The staff very friendly. And I believe the manager came to us and said we are about to close but do not rush, enjoy your meal. I liked the atmosphere!!!

This restaurant had potential butbthey lured customers in with a 3pm Happy Hour then removed it abruptly. $5 drinks $5 personal pans was nice but they no longer have it. The wings & the appetizers are the only thing Lou Malnati's have that is good. Pizza is trash. The sauce is watery, and the crust is like crackers. No need to come back.

Wonderful Chicago style pizza, eager to please servers, and good prices! Lou Malnati's was a great stop for lunch on my way to Midway Airport. Highly recommended.

Oldie but goodie. Atmosphere is very nice and clean. Husband and I were there a few weeks ago on a Saturday for late lunch . A host was not present when we arrived but we were immediately seated by a nice gentlemen from the pickup counter. Unfortunately it took a while before a waitress came to attend to us . When she arrived she didn't ask if we wanted something to drink or offer to help with the menu . She just stared at us with a face that only her mother would love. She was very rude and made it obvious shed rather be somewhere else. We assumed she may be having a bad day but then noticed she was very chatty and engaged with the people at the table she was attending in the next section over. When it was time for the check her attitude magically changed and her mood adjusted.. Could it be she was hoping for good tip? Husband did tip but it was reflective of her service. I have friends in the service industry and frankly her behavior was offensive. understand that we can all have off days - but if she waa being selective about who to take she frustrations on , maybe she is the problem.
