We ordered a deep dish classic/traditional with the onions and green peppers included and the onions and green peppers tasted and looked like it came from the can. Afterwards it upset our stomachs. ?I like this place and I’m going to chock it up as them being short staff in the kitchen because I’ve been here before and the food was amazing. But this time, not so good. We actually threw the leftovers away. Service great, atmosphere is great though.

I love this place. It has become a new family favorite and the employees are always so kind. The food is what you would expect it to be. It's not a Michelin star restaurant but I have not been served something that was not good. We usually go during dinner time and sometimes it can be really quaint and quiet but sometimes it can be really busy but the attitude of the employees makes the extended wait ok.Vegetarian options: I don't know a lot about being a vegetarian but there are some meatless optionsParking: The parking in front is usually taken but there is a little lot behind it that usually has parkingKid-friendliness: We take our kids all the time!

Enjoyed the various pizzas!We had a deep dish pie, but sadly, it was a bit watery and not quite done. I think maybe they tried to rush it to get it out at the same time as everything else at our table.It tasted good, but it was a bit of a let-down after all the hype.

First experience to Lou's. Fantastic. They have a new hot honey pizza. Fantastic 4 of the best ingredients ever put on a pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, giardiniera, and Mike's hot honey. Along with their amazing marinara and mozzarella ???❤️ This is a must try next time you visit. This pizza should be a staple to the menu.

Delicious food and fast delivery for a Friday night!
The server wasn’t really attentive. I had to get up and ask for my check and the server didn’t even bring it to me it was the carry out person.

My friends wanted pizza so we went to Lou’s on 64th Cicero. We arrived when it opened 11am… my friends ordered drinks but I had a Pepsi ( best drink to have with pizza). The service, food and the conversation we had with the waitress was nice. The pizza was great, the bruschetta was ok ( bread was fresh- but the tomatoes didn’t have flavor),we also had wings! As for coming back- probably especially before the crowd!!

Lou Malnati's pizza is the best Chicago deep dish pizza. I think it's much better than Giordano's or Gino's East. The other two restaurants are very, very good, but Lou classic is bar-none on the best.

I'm very pleased with service with welcome atmosphere. Food was good, pizza ( deep dish) salad were delicious and fresh. Besides all of this I am very grateful that everyone who helped me make a reservation at Lou Malnati's , were willing to go extra mile due to understanding my grieving situation. ( My husband passed away 4 weeks ago) , and it was family gathering in his memory. I called a few places and the worst place it was Home run inn pizza on 6221 s Archer ave.
