Lucy’s cancelled my online order. When I called and asked, they simply said that it is because they do not get notified of online orders. Why have the system in the first place?

Very yummy chicken sandwich here, lots of flavor in the breading and the garlic aioli you can get on the side is delicioussss. very strong garlic taste. we both got no coleslaw or cheese on our sandwiches (we're fickle) and they fulfilled that request with no trouble

My husband and I have ordered here a lot in the past. It has been a few months since my last order. However, the impossible burger I just received was so small and skimpy. Almost wonder why they added the "patty" in the first place if they were going to give me what they did. It was also drowning in mayo and onions. Pretty inedible. Really, truly disappointed in the quality. Especially when I have had such amazing luck in the past.

EDIT: I went back, and they explained to me that they now use 1 oz of product for each patty they make. I know they're now called "smashburgers". But, comparing to the prior quality and value, what you get now....feels like I'm being cheated. Also, the amount of onions, pickles, and dijonnaise is way out of proportion to the new size of the patty.

Really disheartened.

I love the music and the vibe. Unfortunately the burger is just awful. McDonalds is better, especially since I basically just paid $13 for a mcdouble.

Walking into Lucy’s feels like coming home…if your home has better food and comfier chairs. This place doesn’t just serve burgers; it serves masterpieces. These burgers are so good you’ll think they’ve got the secret ingredient of every great love story: a little sweetness, a little spice, and a whole lot of wow.

Let’s talk about the star of the show—the Burger. The bun is soft but sturdy (not a crumb left behind!), the patty is juicy and flavorful, and the toppings are piled high but perfectly balanced, as if they all went to burger finishing school together. Every bite is like a mini vacation for your taste buds. And the fries? They’re crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and salted to perfection. These fries don’t play around; they’re basically the life of the party, begging to be dipped, devoured, and maybe even proposed to.

Lucy herself seems to have a Ph.D. in Comfort Science, as the cozy seating makes you feel like you’re in a sitcom coffee shop, but with burgers instead of lattes. It’s the kind of place where you could easily spend a few hours…or lose track of time entirely.

Absolutely hands down one of the best double cheeseburgers I have ever and the French fries were lightly salted, and they cooked perfectly. They have beverages and adult drinks The atmosphere was nice music was at a good level. I will for sure be going back to this really nice restaurant.

Burgers are good. I got money back for fries because for almost $5 they were small bits.

My favorite restaurant in the city. I love getting the fried chicken pieces to go and then pairing with rice at home. Awesome burgers. The pork fries are amazing; my husband and I get them every time. Milkshakes are great too! And the staff are always so friendly, quick, and upbeat every time we go. The music is sometimes too loud when we visit, which is the only reason I give the atmosphere 4 stars. We've been to Lucy's now probably over twenty times and still make the drive even though we no longer live in the neighborhood. It's worth it!

Had a pulled pork sandwich. It was good but not outstanding and it was pricey. The table was sticky and the stool stuck to the floor.

Usually a great spot! Tonight my order got a bit messed up my order - ordered the Prohibition Burger which is meant to have onions and pickles on it, but had neither. It was just the burger patty, bacon (which i added), and sauce. Sad. (fries were good and the burger tasted good after i added my own pickles). Check your toppings!

I just got food for takeout. When I got home, 5 minutes later, me and my wife find that the chicken pieces were completely cold, the fries were were mostly over cooked tough bits, and the burger bun was stale. It's too bad because we could tell that the seasonings were good, but the food was old.
