First, I read the mixed reviews before coming and looked over the menu online. A common negative review was the price, which was shocking when I visited the website. Well, prices are a couple more dollars more expensive when you visit versus the online menu. Normally, I am usually easy to please. Burger is very mediocre and the Mac and cheese is very bland--had to add a lot of salt and pepper. My friend got the large chicken sandwich with bacon. It was better than the burger. I would say that if the prices were a tad cheaper, it would be worth it. The Mac and cheese was $8. But overall, cool spot but food very meh.

Lucy’s on Broadway is Disgusting And has terrible customer service! The girls up front seemed bothered I interrupted their conversation to take my order… I was the only person in the whole restaurant… I got the food and the chicken looked more like a burnt Country fried Steak flat piece of nastiness and it was $13 alone! The fries were super dark and Greasy! Ugh never going back there ever again. ?

Honestly extremely disappointing food. Last Friday, I had been craving a burger and was so excited to eat here. I walked in and placed an order to go for a burger and fries. the place was not busy, and somehow i was given the wrong order. I get it, it happens. went back and asked if they could replace it, which they promptly did, but the burger was just awful, unmelted cheese, cold and dry, fries were cold too. and i swear to christ they put like a dozen pickles on the bun.I even took the time to email management last week about the experience and got no response. I was hoping this would be an alternative to fast food chains in the area, but for $24 of cold, sad food, not worth it.

Place has potential. The food needs work. The Mac n Cheese is bland and not cheesy. Fries greasy. Buffalo chicken sandwich a B. Little pricey comes with nothing this slice of tomato and a single piece of lettuce. Sides extra. The fried pickles were good.Music was to loud but good selection.I will be back but probably for drinks and watch the world out the windows.I kinda wish it was a diner.

We ordered takeout from Lucy's and it was so good! I got the 2 pc chicken basket which had a lot bigger pieces of chicken than I had expected. They were tenders, and I expected wings for some reason but the flavor and crunch was 10/10. It came with coleslaw which was good but a little bland. The chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious and the pickle spears were of our fave They came with a super creamy and spicy sauce we loved. We saw this place once in passing and thought it looked so cute, so we definitely want to go back and eat in. The order was ready so quick too!

The signature spicy chicken sandwich was good, but frankly my entire experience was drowned out, literally, by the volume of the music. I could barely hear the person next to me let alone across the table. We actually asked them to lower the volume and they did just a tad but still couldn't wait to leave.
