This place is super cute! The food is excellent, the service is great, and the ambiance is very cute. Wish I lived closer because I'd be going there all the time!

I came here with a group of six for Sunday brunch, and we were seated pretty quickly around 9:00AM. After walking through a smaller counter entryway, the main dining room is large, airy, and bright. Our server was prompt and took our drinks very quickly.
I got coffee, OJ, and the brunch Comfort Plate. The coffee was strong and good. The OJ seemed freshly squeezed and was a little tepid, I would have liked it colder.
The plate had a bunch of stuff and was very tasty, and also more than I could finish. The scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy, kept simple with just some chives added. There were two potato blintzes and those were absolutely delicious. There was also a large square of fried polenta with some stewed tomatoes and cheese on top which was also delicious. Overall everything was great, there was just a lot of it and I couldn't finish it. I would definitely get it again.

Always excellent. Definitely busy on weekends, at 11ish we had a 30 min wait for a table for 3. But the service and food is amazing!

First of all, I don’t know of many places where you can get a hearty, delicious breakfast that is both vegan and gluten free before 10am! No removing or substituting required for the Veritable Vegan Epiphany dish!
Also, the people are fabulous. I was greeted and seated immediately by a super friendly person.
The wait staff was very attentive. They were knowledgeable about ingredients and came by frequently to top up my coffee.
I also appreciated the division of the dining room into different sections and the windows hanging between some seats which added a little privacy without feeling closed in.
I truly could not have had a better experience all around.

This place has been saved in my Want To Go section for years. Every time I'm in Chicago it seemed to be closed. But things finally aligned and we had a wonderful time on the patio. The service is stellar! It was the menu that drew me in but the food was a tad overpromise, underdeliver. For example, one of us ordered the cinnamon french toast and it was absolutely drenched in what tasted like canned fruit. But the pistachio coffee was sublime, the bacon quiche was well liked, by my friend, my knish benedict was good but not memorable, and my hubby liked his chorizo bowl. That being said the service and atmosphere warrants a return the next time worlds collide, in a good way!

Really love the experience here, especially when I get seated quickly (wait times can be excessive). The breakfast sandwich has been great, and I’ve gotten it both times I’ve been there. That said, I’m on a Dairy Free diet and there’s very limited menu options for me to choose from (without having to substitute too much). That would probably deter me from coming again soon. But nonetheless I’ll be back for the breakfast sandwich at some point.

Went to grab pastries and coffee this morning staff was really rude. The coffee itself was really watery and tasted nasty. The pastries had a hair in it. Overall would not come back or recommend to anyone.
