Payed $20 and some change for just 2 things to eat which was a Gordita(meat) and a quesadilla(meat) & 2 drinks. We were waiting for our order & let me tell y’all when we went and opened the quesadilla to put sauce and it had literally 10 pieces of meat like if it was being counted! Horrible experience! When wanting to try new food restaurants. Never again!

I had a hair in my orange juice, I kindly told a waitress and she ignored me and I spoke to another and she changed my juice, then they, angry for nothing, approached me to ask if I was offered anything else... it's very bad service. Only the food is delicious. Besides, I paid almost 40 just for a juice. Chilaquiles water and a quesadilla... ????

I got the baby on 3 Kings Day, so I had to purchase the tamales for El Dia de la Candelaria (Candlemas Day). I placed an order the day before and it was ready at the time I requested for pickup. The staff were friendly as well. I ordered an assortment of the tamales: rajas, red/green, pork/chicken, and sweet tamales. My coworkers loved them all. The tamales were all delicious. I highly recommend.

Best tamales in Chicago. I would say I live all the way up north and I travel all the way out west just to make sure I get a taste of these tamales the green chicken tamales are definitely a great start. Aside from the tamales everything there is so delicious and authentic.
The ladies at the front are horrible with customer service if you aren’t Mexican they don’t ask you what you would like and if you don’t speak up they won’t even acknowledge you being there they’ll take the next Hispanic in line. Ridiculous!! If you aren’t Mexican don’t even bother coming here racist people
I wouldn't dare to bring someone to this place. My honest review, the food was somewhat ok. The chips tasted like they were moist and not as crunchy, the table salsas were not good, at the least. I had Al Pastor taco dinner, $11.99 and I had horchata $3.50 and a Coke $1.50 to go. I dined-in. Like everyone said, there's a dine-in fee of 10% + 4% for using a debit/credit card + Taxes + tip. Almost left paying twice the food and 1 drink. This place is charging too much with fees and the food is below mediocre. Save your money and eat somewhere else. Bathroom was broken at the time. Left paying about $25 for myself for 3 tacos, what seemed like canned refried beans and tasteless rice.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered Uber Eats tonight and they shorted me a whole (12) dozen tamales. When I called the restaurant to rectify my order the lady stated that she did not speak English and hung up on me. My feedback is, if you're going to open a restaurant and run it here in the U.S someone should be able to speak English and tend to the customer's needs that don't speak Spanish. I mean I'm all about opportunity and prosperity but come on! I'm not being racist here because I am a non- speaking Mexican, however, I expect that if I order food through an online app, I should be able to contact somebody that speaks English and that can understand my needs if the order is incorrect...just sayin'. Side note: Their tamales left a lot be desired, and we're poorly wrapped, and very thin, however, their guacamole was very good. Unfortunately, I will never order from this restaurant again.
