I recently dined at makki grill and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the Chicken Tikka, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. I also tried the Chicken Karahi, which I had requested to be boneless, and I appreciated that the server, Keerthi, accommodated my request seamlessly. Her service was fabulous and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine!
We came for lunch and tried two of their lunch special options. We ordered the chicken biryani and the chicken kofta. Both lunch entrées come with salads and a cucumber sauce, but only the chicken kofta came with plain Naan. The chicken biryani was really flavorful, prepared tandoori style, and had some spice to it. The chicken kofta was spicier than the other dish, but it was a tolerable spice level. I was disappointed that the chicken kofta balls were not cooked enough all...
The food preparation is good, but a special note for vegetarians: the pizza puff contains beef, so it's not vegetarian. I truly appreciate the proactive call from the staff, as they reached out to inform us after noticing we had requested only vegetarian options. The veggie burger is good, and overall, it's a solid choice for dining.
