I recently moved back to PALATINE after living in NAPERVILLE for 6 years. I went back to my favorite Chinese food place (Tin Seng) to get some takeout for my girlfriend and I. I wasn't able to get any quality Chinese food when I lived in NAPERVILLE (Panda just doesn't cut it) I've been eating Tin Seng for about a month now 2-3 times a week. Take out spot - no dining- for one of the best Chinese places in the area! Singapore noodles with chicken and veggies only and garlic chicken stir fry are our favorite.
The lady is so sweet and always talks to us while we wait. I’m happy to give her company :)
