Got there at 620pm they only bought out my son's food and we didn't get our food until 720pm telling us that they have to worry about orders going out for delivery and pickup. Then she going to tell us that it actually take 20 mins to cook our food and she was rude and laughed this was our first and last time here . Asked to speak to a manager and they said there no one here. We only live a few door's down won't ever come again or recommend done in again to anyone

This is the first time I have tried the one on Addison, I grew up near the Fullerton Avenue location and we had this pizza all the time! I do not live near either one of them really I'm about 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on traffic and once in awhile we just really need the best pizza comma so I saw there's one on Addison a long time ago but never tried it till this weekend and I can definitely tell you this is so wonderful and of course we always ordered the big guys because we have quite a few people and we want leftovers because we are not close to either location anymore I really wish there was one in Schaumburg or Elk Grove or Hoffman Estates this has been my favorite pizza ever since I was 13 years old and now I am a Double Nickel so that tells you this pizza is damn good I've had many places since and none of them can hold the candle to Mama Luna's
Stopped by Mama Luna’s for a pizza, and I was impressed! It took about 23 minutes for them to make it fresh, and the wait was worth it.
As someone who’s lactose intolerant, I often have to ask for the cheese to be removed, which can sometimes compromise the quality of the pizza. But not at Mama Luna’s! Their crust is outstanding—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. Even without cheese, the pizza was delicious, proving they really know how to make a good pie.
If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful pizza made with care, I’d definitely recommend giving Mama Luna’s a try.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery, one was plain cheese, the other roast beef. Pizzas arrived, but the order was wrong, as we got a pepperoni pizza instead of the cheese only pizza. I talked to delivery driver, who told me to call restaurant- so we did. They eventually- and reluctantly- agreed to make a cheese pizza for us, but we would have to go to the restaurant to pick it up- which negated the whole concept of delivery in the first place- which we had already paid for! This place failed to own their mistake, then wanted us to fix the mistake that they made. Ridiculous! A loyal customer for years, and this is how they treat us. I won't be giving them any more of my business! Neither should you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The cashier girl is soo rude and non- apologetic. Your on the a phone waiting 15 minutes to even place an order. Then the girl tells me 30-40. I go to pick up in that time frame to be told 3 different times it’ll be 10 minutes! How does food get cooked over 1 1/2 hours . Then she had the nerve to argue with me as a customer. Doesn’t matter if place is busy or you had many orders. Don’t tell me I can come pick up in 30-40 and have to wait another half an hour. Then to finally get my food, I come home and my XL PIZZA and small pizza wasn’t even cut at all. nobody sliced it. Super disappointed because this use to be our family go to pizza!

I'm back home in Chicago from my new home in Arizona and was craving a Chicago-style pizza. My usual places have long since closed, likely victims of COVFEFE-19. I tried out Mama Luna's, and it was a great choice. The pizza was ultra mega super tasty time. Packed with ingredients and the price was reasonable (or insane), depending who you ask. I have no regrets. Definitely will be ordering from them again when I'm in town.

The food is great but the customer service is awful!! Rude, unprofessional and lazy. Just watch out with your credit card as well.
The food and atmosphere was great but I don’t recommend you pay with a credit card. My card was not returned and when I went back the guy and the 2 lady’s with him told me that they’re the owner/manager and that they didn’t see my card which is funny because that was the only place I use my card and that he has no idea what happened to my card I explain to them I’m a single mother that I took my kids out for lunch they enjoyed their self I’m just very disappointed that they were treat a new customer but it’s okay I just thought this business will return card back to customer but that’s fine because I had the card locked and reported it stolen if anyone use my card I will press charges. And I them that because how all three of them was acting towards me it was very suspicious. That same day I got a call from the guy telling me they found my card. Which was funny because they claimed that it was given back to me.
