Save you time & $ - don't order from here.
I don't blame employees, ONLY owners.
Reserved dinning room for a group dinner and got excellent personalized service! Food was delicious and vibe was great!

So happy to find this location. I grew up walking to Mama Lunas on Fullerton (with the original and 2nd spot at LeClaire.
Pizza was fantastic, thin crust sausage & pepperoni. Tried some appetizers.
Cheese curds & cream cheese poppers, both excellent.
Service was excellent.
Price point, IMO, is very good.
Has outside seating too!

I was really looking forward to a nice, cheesy pizza for dinner. The delivery person never arrived at my front door, which was super annoying. I called the manager to get a discount on a future order, and they said it was no problem. However, the discount was never applied, which made me pretty disappointed with the whole situation.
Pizza is great service ok atmosphere nothing to rave about

Always my go to spot for the best lasagna! And their meatballs are 👍🏼👍🏼 Tender, juicy, flavorful. First stop wherever I’m nearby.

It's been years since ordered pasta from here and we did and it was terrible. I don't know what to do with this.
Pizza good as always which we got a large. Didn't look like a large though.
We walked in at about 7 on a Tuesday (6 of us) there was one table finishing up their dinner. We were not greeted, the server standing at the bar was just staring at us and finally I said do we seat ourselves? And he shook his head. He waited a good couple of minutes before bringing menus over to the tables. Not talkative took our drink order Then took our food order. Another couple had walked in and sat for probably eight minutes and ended up walking out. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food which came out in batches, we ordered a couple of appetizers for entrées, two thin crust pizzas, a chicken Parm and shrimp. We did not get to eat our dinner together. The kids were done eating their dinner before we even got our entrées. The server maybe said three words to us the entire time we were there. Also, if you’re going to be a business, you should be paying the card fees and not charging your customers. Food was mediocre at best. The marinara sauce was burnt at some point. I could taste it. Won’t be back, what an awful experience. It’s the restaurant my kid chose for his birthday. All six of us walked out of there going what was that?

Live to far for delivery but pizza's good. Got lasagna and Bruschetta, it was the bomb.
I called in an order for pickup and they wouldn’t let me pay over the phone. I explained the person picking it up was not going to have the card that was paying for it and they still wouldn’t let me pay over the phone. I’ve been ordering here for years and have never had issues ordering and paying over the phone. I will not be ordering here again.
The best pizza around!!!

Got there at 620pm they only bought out my son's food and we didn't get our food until 720pm telling us that they have to worry about orders going out for delivery and pickup. Then she going to tell us that it actually take 20 mins to cook our food and she was rude and laughed this was our first and last time here . Asked to speak to a manager and they said there no one here. We only live a few door's down won't ever come again or recommend done in again to anyone

This is the first time I have tried the one on Addison, I grew up near the Fullerton Avenue location and we had this pizza all the time! I do not live near either one of them really I'm about 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on traffic and once in awhile we just really need the best pizza comma so I saw there's one on Addison a long time ago but never tried it till this weekend and I can definitely tell you this is so wonderful and of course we always ordered the big guys because we have quite a few people and we want leftovers because we are not close to either location anymore I really wish there was one in Schaumburg or Elk Grove or Hoffman Estates this has been my favorite pizza ever since I was 13 years old and now I am a Double Nickel so that tells you this pizza is damn good I've had many places since and none of them can hold the candle to Mama Luna's
