Overall the taste of all the ingredients is very good and well seasoned. They also has some toppings less commonly seen like shredded beets and bean sprouts! The place is very clean and they also weigh the noodles/rice to ensure evenness. The only con I would say is that the scoops of fish are on the small side so I would recommend 5 scoops over 3 for an adult. Great poke however often I have to put aside half of the salmon because they are “fatty” or mushy pieces. The shrimp won’t always be cleaned properly. I find that I pull about 1/2 of the salmon off my bowl and I have to add a ton of veggies when I get home. I hope in the future that they give you more when it comes to the toppings.

Excellent poke place! the portions are a little small but they are packed with so much flavor and textures that you don’t even really notice. Highly recommend ‘The Bucktown’ bowl!
