Highlights include Mexican hot chocolate with a little concha, red mole (pollo con mole teloloapense), and the best pineapple upside-down cake in Chicago. The enchiladas suizas and lamb chops in mole are particularly noteworthy. Soft, stretchy tortillas add to the authentic experience.
