At Sunday brunch at 1:00PM the noise level was so loud that it was painful. We could barely talk to the waiter over the noise. My companion sat across the the booth from me and we needed to shout to be heard. The "painful" noise level kept us from enjoying what should have be an enjoyable experience. We will not go there again.
I was there during a private event. Camila was amazing during the whole event and Demi from housekeeping was amazing too! I will definitely be coming back for the brass track/Waldorf Astoria experience! Demi and Camila were the definition of luxury and incredible service!
