Great hotel, excellent service. A+Updating my review to say thanks a bunch to the staff and especially to Sheryl at the concierge desk. She was wonderfully accomodating and made our brief stay extremely pleasant. This place remains our local favorite and we look forward to coming back
I stayed here multiple times here and I was always amazed by the service and the room. Very luxury interior design, spacious room space, super helpful staff.Only con for me is that the city view is just okay because of the location but that doesn’t bother me as much.Rooms: Luxury, spacious, super quiet.Nearby activities: Many shops around, easy and convenient.Safety: Very safe to me due to the location.

Best Waldorf we have been to. The ambience, the smell of the lobby is one of our favorite that my husband wants to buy what they use. Lol! They have the best and healthy selection of breakfast compare to all the other Waldorf we have stayed in. The rooms are great and clean and their spa shop has good stuff that they even collaborate with Balmain and Lululemon. Will always stay here first before anywhere else whenever we visit Chicago!
