In a word -- HEALING. The spa within this hotel is an oasis of calm. The attendants are polite and extremely accommodating. The technicians are skilled. And the staff is amazing! Kindness is the order of the day. I came needing respite and I found it. The terrace area was so peaceful that I drifted off to sleep. I have never been disappointed. And I doubt that you will be. It is worth the trip. The spa is a destination unto itself!
My favorite place to stay while in Chicago! Worth every penny.
