I'm a regular Starbucks user and grab their coffee mugs when I visit cities. I had more than enough points and stated I wanted to use points for the purchase. He used my balance, and I again stated I wanted to use points. I dropped my coffee like an idiot outside and before I could even go in to order a new one, the kind person at the mobile order station waved me in and said they would remake it for free! They were so sweet, it made my morning!
I visited on 9/20 in the morning time, I asked the barista if the chai had any caffeine (I can't have any due to a heart condition I have). She said there was not (probably just to get the line moving) so I ordered one and double checked with the barista making my drink who clarified that there was indeed caffeine in the chai.
