Insanely slow Starbucks. Probably the worst I’ve been to. I’ve given this particular location multiple different tries and every time I “order ahead” my drink is never ready. Which defeats the entire purpose. Mean while there’s employees standing behind the counter on their phones

I'm a regular Starbucks user and grab their coffee mugs when I visit cities. I had more than enough points and stated I wanted to use points for the purchase. He used my balance, and I again stated I wanted to use points. He said, "I didn't know," and greeted the next guest.When they were prepping my drink, I noticed they used milk instead of half and half for my Americano. When I mentioned it, they said it says cream on the cup, that's what's in it.I rolled with it but will not be using this location for the remainder of my trip.

Seriously STARBUCKS you can do better!! Your establishments are so stripped down now to where old time customers like myself don’t care to come in anymore. Your furniture is mini, looks like preschool furniture for children. You have NO condiments to allow your customers to put their own sugar or cream in their cups of coffee. COVID IS OVER!! GET OVER IT ALREADY!!! You guys need a new CEO!!

I dropped my coffee like an idiot outside and before I could even go in to order a new one, the kind person at the mobile order station waved me in and said they would remake it for free! They were so sweet, it made my morning!

Ordered a tall latte, they put exclusively oatmilk and syrup in it and charged me $6.59. I tipped on top of that but definitely shouldn’t have. As a service worker myself, do better.
