This place really changed — I don’t know if it’s under new ownership or what’s going on. We ordered a ceviche, and the shrimp looked super raw. Then the paella — the rice tasted bad. My daughter ordered tacos, and they took forever because the meat was frozen. In the end, we didn’t even want them anymore, but the waitress told us she would have to pay for it herself. This place wasn’t like this before; I don’t know why it changed so much.
Another thing — I left with a headache because the music was so loud.
