I’ve come here with my friends multiple times, and every time it continues to impress us. The service was great, as they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Whenever we are in the area, this is our go-to-spot to study because they offer WiFi, outlets, and plenty of places to sit. They have amazing views of the river and the overall atmosphere is great. I’ve tried the Mediterranean grain bowl and the salmon poke bowl, and both were delicious, definitely dishes I’d order again!

I checked this place out for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it! I happened to come right in time for happy hour, and my bartenders were amazing—super friendly with great service. I also met Mario, who kindly showed me around and shared more about the space to make sure I had a great experience. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to relax, get some work done, and enjoy beautiful city views, this is the place! 😊🏙️

Wow! I can't believe I haven't stopped by before. If you work in the Loop or River North this is a can't miss Happy Hour spot. This place delivers in both food and drinks. Mario is the manager and leads this great crew! I had a Chicken Milanese that caught the envy of other patrons. It was crispy, delicious, and paired with an arugula salad 10/10. While I was eating I was surprised with a little spicy pasta that the chef whipped made up. I was so touched things like this show that the chef really enjoys working here and that they also appreciate their patrons. This salon will prompt return visits.

When I was posted up at the bar I had a chance to speak with and have drinks made by Kathy, Igor and Felipe. We had great conversation and they were welcoming to all patrons. On top of being friendly and hospitable, Felipe & Igor make a mean old fashioned. Also highly recommended is the espresso martini topped with chocolate. *Chef's kiss*

I took a walk around and they also have a private room called the founders room which is excellent for private events or corporate parties.

Prices are really reasonable for the area and there are some good deals to be had during happy hour.

We had the pleasure of being part of a beautiful wedding celebration at Marshall’s Landing as a Captured Moments Collective Photo Booth rental vendor, and it was such a great experience! The downtown Chicago views are stunning, and the space is modern, bright, and perfect for celebrations. The staff was professional, organized, and accommodating. We’d love to return for more events here!

My experience at Marshall’s was incredible, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the food and drinks were amazing, would 100% recommend! The view is also breathtaking. Try their peri-peri chicken sandwich!!!

Don’t bother going to the bar here. The staff will just ignore you and snack on their food instead. Terrible service.

Nice place to relax in the middle of the night and workday. The restaurant is better than the coffee shop. The first time I ordered a yogurt and berry where onion was found with my berries. This third time around I ordered a fall themed drink and the drink smells expired or like vomit. Maybe its the milk?

Parents happened to be in town for business and asked to meet me for dinner, so I suggested Marshall’s Landing since it’s close to where they are staying and work for me. Came in at 6:15 and asked if the kitchen or the full seating area closed at 7, as we didn’t want to be “those people” ordering food right as the kitchen is closing up, but we were enthusiastically seated in a beautiful table overlooking the river, and assured they let folks stay to finish eating. Our server was the nicest, and even offered to swap my mom’s sandwich if it was too spicy for her liking (she liked it so didn’t have to). Our server answered all our questions thoroughly. Parents ordered pumpkin cheesecake and asked for two spoons - the kitchen kindly split it for them on two plates, and our server comp’ed the cheesecake just because she could and felt kind enough to do so! At no point did we feel rushed, and there were few other tables still eating. On the way out, Mario, the AGM stopped us and chatted and thanked us personally for coming in! Amazing food, some of the best service I have received in the area, great ambiance and prices too! Parents will be happy to come back on future visits and I will definitely be back with some coworkers for more happy hours! Highly recommend.

Marshall’s landing has pretty good coffee and treats but they’re extremely inefficient and overwhelmed by simple orders. Slower than the Ohare Starbucks - which is saying something.

This is my second time visiting Marshall’s Landing at the Mart, and it’s just as great as the first! The food is delicious, the coffee is excellent, and the drinks are spot on. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to meet friends or just unwind. Mario, the manager, is incredibly nice and made sure everything was perfect during my visit. He checked in with us more than once and truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The rest of the staff is also friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
