Marshall's Landing

I had an excellent experience here today. The space is nice and open with great natural light from big windows. The food was delicious but what really made it great was the service. Andrea was attentive and approached us with a smile every time. Everything came out quickly and our drinks were never empty. I will be back!

Cool space but the lychee lemonade was not my favorite. Super heavy on the syrup.

The food was great, the service was great and the AGM Mario Madrigal made us feel like we were HOME although we were miles away. His hospitality is unmatched and the best I experienced in Chicago hands down (we’re southerners ;) ). When visiting again, we will definitely be back here. Thanks for a great experience Mario!!!!!

We hosted a networking event in The Founder’s Room which is an elegant and intimate space discreetly located next to Marshall’s Landing. The room's sophisticated design and stunning views of the Chicago River provided the perfect setting for our gathering.

Mario Madrigal, the Assistant General Manager, and his exceptional team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything ran smoothly truly stood out. Throughout the event, they would often check in to ensure I was comfortable and that any adjustments needed were promptly addressed.

I have never felt so welcomed and supported when hosting an event. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Mario and his team for their professionalism, kindness, and exemplary leadership. I highly recommend this venue and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We were looking for breakfast and found Marshall's Landing. They were configured more for lunch and dinner but had a couple breakfast type items on their menu and they were just perfect. I had an Avocado Toast with the addition of a poached egg and bacon crumbles. It was fresh and delicious. And, I had an Americano espresso beverage as well which hit the spot. We were so glad to find Marshall's Landing and really enjoyed the experience.

I attended the “ One of a Kind “ event at Merchandise Mart! I was pleasantly surprised by the space, atmosphere and vibe of this establishment! Its staff are welcoming and courteous, beginning with the general manager Mr. Mario Madrigal, Anna our waitress and the extended staff! Excellent service, delicious food and cordial staff! Must visit for Chicagoans and visitors alike!

We really enjoyed our meal here. Came during lunch and it was busy but not too crazy. We started with the brussel sprouts which may have been the best of all - we then ordered the burger, chicken caeser wrap, and turkey club. All were very good! I didn’t realize you could get the salad as a wrap until i checked the google photos!

Had a gathering here and view was awesome. An appetizer buffet was set up that contained charcuterie, sliders and other nibbles. All were excellent and bar was well staffed for fast service. Lots of comfortable seating and area to mingle among the many guests attending.

Marshall’s Landing is a nice upscale bar in Merchandise Mart. It attracts a very professional crowd. The drinks are priced reasonably and the food is pretty good as well. It’s a nice place for a post-work happy hour.
