On 8/9/25, the bouncer was so rude for no reason. The minute my friends and I stepped out of our Uber, he yelled that we couldnât be in line with drinks. We tried to explain we werenât trying to come in with them and were trying to throw them out before getting inside but he cut us off and yelled that if we took one more sip, heâd kick us out. We werenât even inside yet & our cups were clear plastic and empty cans. One of my friends commented that he was being rude, and he responded with a sarcastic âHave a good nightâ before slamming the door on us.
We threw our drinks away in a trash away from the establishment and got back in line. The bouncer then told us we could enter, but our friend that commented could not admitting it was because he was âhaving a bad day.â We decided to leave and go to another spot.
The unnecessary power trip and instant hostility was over the top. We didnât show up drunk or doing anything that was too much & we werenât trying to bring drinks inside we just needed a place to throw them away before entering.We were there simply to celebrate a friendâs birthday. Iâve been to Masada a few times before and would have given it 4â5 stars every other night, but last nightâs experience was so unnecessary on his part.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place really needs to work on its customer service they were so rude! The coverage charge is ridiculous my friend and I had the ticket where we get in for free before a certain time and guys were discounted and the guy told us the discounted price for my friend is $30. Ridiculous makes no sense and the place wasnât even packed just loud and dead. We didnât go all the way in because the guy was just too rude we didnât wanna bother. Ended up finding a much better place to have a good time for the night.

Security at the door was very rude, we have out of state IDs, and he kept looking at us crazy like they were fake. Once inside, the space is really small the dance floor is the walk way then there are seats and tables also in every spot you could possibly stand or walk through. Not what we expected at all.

The host at the door can be rude and impolite. I have attended Ron Carroll's events there and for the most part I've been pleased however on one of the occasions I had purchased my tickets online and he used a paper list of those that had for the evening however I had a receipt for the tickets so I asked if I could look and I found my name.The second time I attended I went through the same experience you are not on the list again I explained I paid online and if you allow me I can find my name through the search on your computer and again my purchase was verified, these type of experiences are not pleasant however there is room for improvement...I will not attend again
Unfortunately, The staff at this establishment was so rude and disrespectful to the talent that was scheduled to perform, he left. People paid SPECIFICALLY to see Jon Pierceâs performance. Iâm really getting tired of businesses taking BLACK DOLLARS, yet we are met with dismissal and disrespect. Nothing was done in an effort to resolve the issue. The PERFORMER was not on a list, yet his FACE AND NAME are on the flyer ON THE BUSINESS PAGE.
