I came in from Atlanta. I ordered a pork chop sandwich and a burger. I received a polish and burger. I traveled back to get my pork chop sandwich, and without an apology, they took the polish, threw it in the garbage, and handed me the pork chop. They could have apologized and gave me the polish for my troubles. Their customer service sucked. And the food is no longer good like it used to be.
My girlies & I spent celebrated my 40th birthday with you yesterday (16.03) & it was incredible. I was literally treated like a princess… we were put in a private function room, complimentary Prosecco, 3 x birthday desserts, & we were looked after SO well by Scott. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough, the food / drink / staff, were SO lovely! Thank you so much for making it so special x
This establishment is a Chicago Icon , it's open late nights , only take cash, but always hit the spot after coming going out.
