This was my first time ordering from this Beggars. Taste is same as others. The shape of the heart sucked lol - ordered this for a Galentines. They didn't accept my coupons & told me to call customer service - not gonna do all that for $2, but that never happened to me before. I usually go to the ones in the burbs. Customer service here was eh. Restaurant itself is just a walk in establishment. Nothing amazing about the ambiance. They were busy as all Beggars usually are.
I've been ordering from you, from uber eats 6×. Always been great, same order every time. This time I order small, pizza was way over cooked they way they cut it was different. Not major. The cheese was burnt, the whole pizza was burnt. Kind of hurt my heart. ?

They really need a thinner glass so the cashier can hear the orders, other wise she’s going to scream at you. I didn’t know what was going on in the back of the restaurant but we only saw two people but it sounded like more people. Only 1 served us, which was the loud cashier.
