I’ve eaten here many times when they first opened and then moved away before Covid started. It was fun to come back and try it again after several years. I feels like the food isn’t as exceptional as it was before. Still delicious but not quite the same.
I had a great meal at MCCB with friends and everyone left satisfied. The food was flavorful, fresh, and made with care. Service was fast and the staff kept things running smoothly without being intrusive. The space is clean and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy your time. I’d definitely come back again for another casual, tasty meal.
Yu xiang rou si had a delicious sauce that paired with rice really well, I especially like the black fungus in there. Lotus root was a bit spicy. Spicy dumplings were a bit oily. Hong sau rou was pretty good, with a sweet flavor.
Came during lunchtime and had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Service was fast though and staff speaks Chinese.
