Kid-friendliness: My daughter said this is her favorite McDonald's! Their sweet tea is so good. Service is fast AND FRESH! The workers are very polite and respectful of all guests. The store is clean. The atmosphere is nice... Especially being around a busy area near the cubs field.
Service here is pretty quick and consistent considering their situation directly across from Wrigley. The location is nice and smartly decorated to withstand the hoards of late night partiers and Cubs fans. I have never seen anyone at the main POS/ Till area, and folks almost exclusively order for the kiosks at this location. If you need to pay cash, go over to the pickup area and flag down a staff member to man the single till over there. Buyer beware: Prices at this location...

But for the past two days the quality of ice cream has been not good. The texture isn't smooth and creamy how it used to be 2-3 days ago.
Did you guys make any changes in the ice cream in the past 2-3 days?
Because the ice cream taste and texture is ruined.
I would really appreciate if you could serve the good creamy ice cream like you used to do it before.
