This store is ok if you eat the burgers the way they come.if you need to take something off sandwich your screw never get my food right and fries always cold just stopped giving my business after 3trys for a quarter pounder with cheese plain. 3 trys know more.
Ordered a cone and aand this is how the cone was served. The employee said it’s “melty” and has to be served like this. The sundae was basically a milkshake with some chocolate on it. We asked for a refund, didn’t think that was an unreasonable request considering we stopped in specifically to get ice cream and we’re told they couldn’t do that but “could try to remake them but they’ll probably be the same.”The sundae was melted to the point that it was easier to drink than use the spoon on, and the cone was thrown away. Say what you may about the waste and what seems like triviality, but we went specifically for these two items and did not receive what we paid for.

Their shake machine has been broken for over 2 months, I’ve been in there nearly everyday and i check online everyday to see if they’re back and still no. How come its taking so long to fix that machine???
