Front desk and valet were great. Bar prices are high, even for average bourbon. Room was nice and plenty of space. We had lunch from hotel and it was very good, particularly the soups.
the fitness center was a bit pedestrian. Having said that, with an outstanding lobby bar, few people are going to take advantage of the fitness center the next morning. But if one were inclined to workout, the fitness center does not match up with the other amenities.Food & drinks: Outstanding bar!

I did quite a bit of research on the numerous chain and boutique hotels in the area before selecting Loews. The staff was incredible and very accommodating. The location was within minutes of Flyover-Chicago, Carson's Ribs, Prime Steaks, a casino, and numerous spas (suggest Allyu Spa).We took a luxury car from the airport, but used Uber or a taxi for transportation. The self-parking was farther than we wanted to walk and parking at the hotel was higher than the car rental costs....read full review
