The lobby alone is so beautiful and inviting. There are fireplaces and comfortable seating. It's a lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink before heading out on your next adventure. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable. A beautiful bathroom with a nice amount of counter space -- and a GREAT, poweful hair dryer! So much is within walking distance too - Eataly, the river architecture tours, navy pier. You'll love your stay!

Great hotel to stay at for the price! The lobby and rooms are really nice. As someone who stays in alot of hotels ill definitely be choosing this hotel again. Parking is in the AMC building about a 5min walk. Would recommend bringing water/snacks as there is no store within the hotel.

Stayed here for a conference. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff were nice. From obnoxious bell ringing to treating us like children, the other staff I encountered were rude and condescending. I would not recommend.

I did quite a bit of research on the numerous chain and boutique hotels in the area before selecting Loews. The staff was incredible and very accommodating. The location was within minutes of Flyover-Chicago, Carson's Ribs, Prime Steaks, a casino, and numerous spas (suggest Allyu Spa).We took a luxury car from the airport, but used Uber or a taxi for transportation. The self-parking was farther than we wanted to walk and parking at the hotel was higher than the car rental costs. Eric, the front desk staff, the concierge (provided an extra special touch for birthday!) and the bell men were wloutstanding!I took stars off because the room aesthetic (very important to me) was not what I expected. I changed rooms and found the same condition -- a chair that was peeling and a dresser that was poorly touched-up. Other than those things, the bed and pillows were a dream!

the fitness center was a bit pedestrian. Having said that, with an outstanding lobby bar, few people are going to take advantage of the fitness center the next morning. But if one were inclined to workout, the fitness center does not match up with the other amenities.Food & drinks: Outstanding bar!
